PART 1 - PRIVACY PRACTICES
Taylor Business Institute is committed to ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of its (current and past) customers and visitors to the company's Web site. Taylor Business Institute uses industry-standard security measures to safeguard Internet transactions and communications.
Taylor Business Institute appreciates the trust you place in us when you do business with our company. We require you to provide us certain confidential information in order for us to provide the best title insurance and related services possible. We also gather information about you such as credit reports and background checks, which we also treat as confidential information.
We treat all information obtained from our clients as confidential. Your information is shared with other Taylor Business Institute employees only on a “need to know” basis.

Non-Personal Identification Information Collection
While Taylor Business Institute's Web servers automatically collect visitor domain names, they do not involuntarily collect personal identification information about visitors. The Web servers gather information about the particulars of a visitor's visit through the Taylor Business Institute Web site, such as the Web page from which a visitor enters Taylor Business Institute's site, the pages within Taylor Business Institute's site visited, how long a visitor is on the site, and other such information that will help Taylor Business Institute evaluate and improve its site.
Personal Identification Information Collection
When visitors voluntarily provide personal identification information to Taylor Business Institute through the company's Web site, such as when ordering services/products and accessing account specific or other profile information, Taylor Business Institute limits its use of such information to the purposes for which the information was provided. Future Privacy Policy Modifications
Taylor Business Institute is continually trying to improve the services it provides customers and the experiences of visitors to the company's Web site. As such, Taylor Business Institute may expand its capabilities for obtaining information about visitors in the future. Unsolicited E-mail
Taylor Business Institute does not send unsolicited "junk" e-mail (spam). However, the company does use e-mail to communicate with customers and respond to visitor inquiries, confirm orders placed online, and send information requested by visitors through the company's Web site. Any visitors receiving unwanted e-mail from Taylor Business Institute should contact the company and advise of their desire not to receive future e-mails and/or request removal from Taylor Business Institute's e-mail list. As soon as reasonable practicable, Taylor Business Institute will remove such visitor from the company's e-mail list.
Cookies
Taylor Business Institute's Web sites may use "cookies" to improve the level of service to visitors. Cookies are lines of text that are transmitted to a Web browser and stored on the visitor's hard drive. When the visitor returns to the Taylor Business Institute Web site the cookie is transmitted back.
